Account Management is important. It’s a crucial component in creating successful partnerships with clients. The art of nurturing clients, communicating effectively, building trust and developing lasting relationships requires skill and discipline. 

The individual chosen for this position will be a key contributor and leader in Bolin’s efforts to define and activate our clients’ marketing objectives. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for communicating with decision makers and stakeholders for a variety of Bolin clients. Fostering these relationships will require a deep understanding and knowledge of their products and/or services.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensure that the Bolin team is informed of important client decisions that may impact work
  • Be a strong advocate for the Bolin team and a key contributor in selling agency solutions
  • Contribute to the formulation of client/account growth strategies
  • Develop and distribute project and creative briefs
  • Develop and distribute project SOWs, estimates, retainers and change orders
  • Actively participate in internal project reviews representing the voice of the client
  • Gain formal approvals from the client at key stages within all projects
  • Communicate progress of revenue verses budget/forecast to the Bolin leadership team
REQUIREMENTS
  • Excellent presentation, writing, and communication skills
  • Understands nurturing and building client relationships
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
  • Effective negotiation and conflict management skills
  • Approximately 3-5 years of professional account management experience
  • Experience implementing projects across a diverse range of marketing channels
  • Experience assembling and managing project budgets
  • Proficient skills and capabilities in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Monday.com or similar type of project management software
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related industry
