We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager


We are looking for the right person to help grow our agency and make an impact. Someone with energy, integrity, and curiosity to uncover new and exciting opportunities. A person who believes that creating positive change is the result of hard work, an optimistic attitude, and supporting their teammates. We are looking for an individual who has experience in our industry and possesses a strong understanding and proven track record of selling creativity, specifically branding, design, and video. You will be working with the senior leadership team to develop and lead the marketing and sales efforts of the agency. This individual will be well versed in the agency talents, services, and case studies, and will manage a mix of inbound and outbound marketing efforts. Last but certainly not least, our ideal persona is an individual who embodies our agency values and strives to try their very best day-in and day-out.

This role will be remote-based, with the option to work from the Minneapolis office when desired.



  • Responsible for developing and leading the agencies’ sales and marketing
  • Outstanding organization skills, excellent attention to detail, and a desire to perfect your craft
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at once, last minute requests, and quick turnarounds
  • Collaborates with team to ensure each output is the best it can be
  • Present RFP’s, proposals, and statements of work internally and externally
  • Identify event opportunities to target prospective clients and attend networking events
  • Transition new wins to the account team seamlessly
  • Meeting pipeline goals and streamlining efficiencies where applicable
  • Develop content and case studies in partnership with creative and account teams to build our library of experience
  • Proven track record of selling “creativity”
  • Knowledge and experience in selling the agency service offerings of branding, design, web design, photography/video and campaign development
  • Strong executive presence and consultative sales skills
  • Experience in using and managing third party platforms
  • Strong oral/written communication skills
  • 5+years of experience in a business development role
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, or other similar degree
