MAAR wanted to do something different. And connect with the younger, first-home-buying audience. We knew that Gen X and Y buyers weren’t responding to traditional messaging. They needed to see something light and funny.
Something Unexpected
Flexing our production wings, Bolin brought together a talented team and captured four spots, all on location here in the Twin Cities. Each spot highlights a different type of home-buyer, with different wants and needs. Paralleling the home-buying scene with the dating scene, Bolin brought fun and romance to a traditionally dry topic.
